You confirm with a sales representative from Exclusive warehouse that the stock is available, so that the sales representative can reserve it for you.
Because we don’t want you to be disappointed if it’s not available.
If you have a Fabricator that is registered with us, make sure you send that fabricator all the relevant details about the material, and who the sales representative is that assisted you. Or if you do not have a recommended Fabricator that is registered with us, let the sales representative know and they will refer a trusted Fabricator that is registered with us.
The fabricator will then contact us and request all the relevant information from us.
The fabricator will then work out a quote based on your needs.
If you accept the fabricator’s quote and pay the fabricator, the Fabricator will then pay us, and delivery or collection will be arranged.
The fabricator fabricates the material to your specifications, and everyone is Happy.
